My 3 R Process
Remove:
First we need to remove the obstacles to healing. This step is going to help us “clear the muddy waters”, to eliminate the biggest inflammatory triggers in your diet and lifestyle before we move on to more complicated steps. This can look different for everyone. It could mean removing certain foods, environmental triggers, toxins, and even habits and mindset blocks.
Restore:
The body cannot fully function, let alone heal, in the face of deficiencies. Here we aim to restore and optimize things like nutrients, blood sugar balance, gut health and integrity, movement, hydration, and even circadian rhythm.
Rebalance:
Clearing the muddy waters and correcting deficiencies or toxicities is just the beginning. The steps most coaches neglect are the nervous system and neurotransmitter balance. Rebalancing the nervous system creates resilience and TRUE healing. This is the KEY to lasting, optimal wellness.
