About Me
Hi there! I'm Rebecca, thanks for stopping by!
Maybe you’ve been dealing with all sorts of symptoms—anxiety, exhaustion, brain fog, bloating—and you’re tired of hearing that everything’s “normal” when you know it’s not. You might have bounced from specialist to specialist, only to end up with a cabinet full of prescriptions and a laundry list of foods you can't eat. It’s exhausting, right? Feeling like you’re stuck in this endless loop of trying to figure out what’s wrong, without ever getting real answers.
I get it because I’ve been there too. My health struggles started when I was a teenager battling anorexia. The years of food restriction and laxative abuse set the stage for chronic gut issues later in life.
You might feel like you’re doing everything you’re “supposed” to, following your doctor’s advice—but still, you’re not feeling well. I have been there. I spent decades battling mood swings, constant fatigue, gut issues, and brain fog and somehow thought that it was because I wasn't trying hard enough.
Here’s the thing: your symptoms aren’t random, and they’re definitely not “all in your head.” Your body is trying to tell you something, and I’m here to help you figure out what that is. When I discovered Functional Medicine, it was like a light bulb went off. I finally learned how to connect the dots and understand what was really going on in my body. And I want the same for you.
I’ve got multiple certifications in health coaching, functional medicine, and nutrition, but what really matters is that I understand what you’re going through. I’ve been in your shoes, and I’ve seen what type of results are possible. Now, I’m here to help you do the same.
When I’m not helping clients, I’m at home with my husband, daughter, and our goofball rescue dog, Hank. I’m not the best cook, but I love to bake—especially when I’m experimenting with healthier versions of my favorite treats.
And let’s be real, you’ll probably find me with a cup of coffee in hand, listening to some 80’s music—that’s my happy place.
If you’re ready to stop just managing your symptoms and start actually healing, I’m here for you. Let’s figure this out together so you can start participating in life again instead of living on the sidelines:)
