Are your health issues due to PARASITES?
Before you say EWWWW, GROSS.... We all have parasites. Our bodies are hosts to several bacteria, fungi, parasites, and yeast. In fact these ancient creatures actually outnumber our human cells by a ratio of about 10:1!
Some symptoms you have been struggling to alleviate might have parasites as one of the root causes. Here are some symptoms that might have a link to parasites:
- Fatigue
- Diarrhea
- Inability to gain or lose weight
- Constant hunger- an insatiable appetite
- Bloating
- Teeth grinding
- Nausea and vomiting
- Insomnia
- Skin breakouts
- Allergies
We tend to think of parasites as something that only exists in third-world countries or in people who don't practice proper hygiene or eat raw meat. But that's not the case.
"So you can get them from any plants, any meats, organisms in our environment if you ever go out in the soil and garden and then bite your nails or if your kids go out and play in the dirt and then touch your face or touch your mouth, You can get parasites. So parasites come from everywhere. And even if you're eating organic food, you can still get parasites from that. Parasites are all around us in our environment, no matter where we live around the world and those are a few of the places that we can possibly get them" Dr. Jaban Moore
I was recently dealing with pretty frustrating hive breakouts. At the end of May, I woke up every morning with hives all over the back of my legs, ankles, glutes, and sometimes in between my toes and fingers. They would subside throughout the day, then pop back up on my cheeks and shoulders in the afternoon.
People asked me if I made a doctor's or dermatologist's appointment. I did not. Because I knew they wouldn't be able to see this from a root cause, they would just give me a prescription for the itching and tell me to follow up if the hives didn't resolve. Been there, done that.
Of course, my first thought was food. What foods was I eating that might be triggering this histamine reaction? Then you start looking at laundry detergent, other environmental variants, and meds or supplements. None of that had changed. No changes to anything in my EXTERNAL environment. So it had to be INTERNAL.
This is a slippery slope for me- eliminating foods. With my eating disorder history, I proceed with caution when looking at elimination diets, but the itching was unbearable. So I eliminated some high histamine foods like sauerkraut, avocados(I know right?!?), and cherries.
After 3 weeks of eliminating multiple foods, I felt like I was down only a few foods that I was eating. Almond milk, protein powder, chicken, blueberries, turkey and lettuce. And I KNEW I couldn't live on that. Oh yeah.. and I STILL had hives.
Fortunately, I had been doing a lot of additional education and research on histamines for a client I have been working with. One of the lectures I listened to discussed parasites and I dove into the research.
I started a Parasite Cleanse supplement protocol and within 4 days my hives were gone. To get the most out of this protocol, on day 10 I scheduled a Colon Hydrotherapy session to help flush things along- so to speak.
I will not get graphic, but let's just say that I SAW the results of the cleanse during the colonic. I was simultaneously disgusted and relieved.
I am on the last week of my parasite cleanse supplements and am still hive-free.
If you have been beating your head against a wall trying to sort out your chronic health conditions, you might consider parasites as a contributing factor.
